Fairoak Primary School is situated in the multi-cultural, inner city area of Cathays in Cardiff. It is classified as a community primary school and is a local authority co-educational day school. The medium of instruction at the school is English. The school is a two form entry school, admitting pupils from the age of 3 up to the 11 years. Fairoak Primary school is at the heart of the community and the happiness and well-being of each child is central to the ethos of our school. Children are encouraged to co-operate with one another, respect diversity and treat each other as equals.
