We take a whole school approach to pupil voice, aligned with Article 12 of the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child (UNCRC). This means listening to the voices of our children. By involving them in decision making they make valued contributions and have a sense of ownership in the school. We provide many opportunities for children to share their views through Senedd Fairoak, Eco Warriors, Criw Cymraeg, Digital Leaders and Rights Respecting group.
