At Fairoak Primary School, inclusion is at the heart of everything we do. As a School of Sanctuary, we provide a welcoming and safe environment for pupils seeking sanctuary and for those with English as an Additional Language (EAL), offering tailored support to develop their language skills and confidence. We embrace and honour the cultural, ethnic and linguistic backgrounds of all our learners, promoting mutual respect and understanding.

We are fully committed to promoting racial equality and actively challenge discrimination, prejudice and stereotypes.
